At Sentes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return period
You can return your items within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions (including signs of wear, washing, damage, or if the item is not returned in its original packaging) may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
Return process
To start a return, please email us at ssentess8@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
If a return is refused due to not meeting our return conditions, the item can be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
